Work hard, take on difficult challenges and see them through. Everyone’s who has succeeded at scale, has done it because they believed in themselves. Nobody succeeded without self-belief.

2. Never let go of yourself

Never let go of the person who believes in you, loves you, understands you- no matter how difficult life gets, no matter how much self-doubt creeps in. Never let go of yourself.

What you say to yourself is more important than what anyone tells you. Sometimes, we are too hard on ourselves and tend to self-doubt. Self-doubt is more damaging than what anyone else in the world tell us, since we tend to believe what we tell ourselves. Don’t ever let go of yourself.

Nobody wants to be lonely. But, if we are so full of ourselves, that we refuse to see the pain of others, we deserve the loneliness we get.

We don’t want to be lonely. But, to not be lonely, we need to reach out to others as well. If we are always talking only about ourselves and not willing to listen to others about their lives, we deserve the loneliness we get. It’s harsh, but that’s how it is.

There is nothing wrong with selfishness. Love is selfish, and so is happiness. You do things because they make you happy, not to oblige others.

When we hurt others, and we do, since we are all imperfect, we lose a part of ourselves. Make amends, say sorry, do whatever it takes to make amends.

We are not infallible, and in spite of trying to make people happy, we tend to hurt them in advertently. When we hurt others, we lose a part of ourselves because guilt keeps eating us inside. It is not possible to hurt others, and not hurt ourselves in the process.
